I don't know Rohit bhai why you are not agreeing the fact that new RTM rule is so different from earlier rule that it removes 90% of the advantages of RTM. The reason KKR advocated for RTM because in previous RTM rule as soon as more than 2 bidding parties ( apart from the team using RTM) were involved in a bidding war and as soon as the second bidding party has stopped bidding for the player the RTM team can use RTM even if the 1st bidding party can continue bidding so basically the 1 bidding party dont have any power/ last say anymore but in new rule even if a single party is interested they can submit a final bid. This changes the complete dynamic of RTM and it losses it's advantage. Also other franchises knowing which players KKR going to target ( considering KKR likes to retain their core being last years champion) other teams would have used this to their advantage to slightly inflate the player price by biddinga bit more or taking calculted risk in putting the final bid. (eg if Russel or Varun would have gone into auction). It is very good decision to retain players instead of keeping for auction since new RTM is not that different between just buying the player in auction with normal bidding. Srk was asking more rtm according to the old rtm rule but they changed rtm rule this time so it's not that easy to use rtm this time that's why all 6 have been retained.

Let me explain the blocked 12 cr which is unused this year as kkr spent 57cr but the purse deducted is 69 cr. As bcci put slabs of different retentions so the money got deducted according to the slabs given,but the subsequent year for the mini auction it will added as last mega auction they did the and blocked 7.5 cr was added the subsequent year. As last mega auction they distributed 12.5+8+8+6
