I feel that much of what the interviewee is saying sounds prepared and learnt by heart. Contrary to what many may think, an interviewer is expecting candid answers fluently, and I really don't think it's a good idea to 'learn' stuff for an interview. I think it's best to just go in with a few points in mind for an introduction. There shouldn't be any need to memorize your own activities and achievements. It is something you yourself have done, I don't see why one would need to memorize it. I think it would be best to learn stuff, but not try to present a certain image, or push a narrative during the interview.

Then learn how to be fluent There is no escape from that
