Hey Andy, thanks for taking the time to record and share your video showcasing the great work of the best aircraft modelers out there in this video. I have to "up my game" for sure. P.S. I especially liked the signage at 2:54 and 6:01 😉😂

Appreciate the video and the way you continue to support the hobby. It was a great event , and marveled at all the fantastic builds. Drove 2 hrs from Chicago to see the event and it was definitely worth it. Met Andy at his booth. It was a great pleasure meeting Andy.

Thanks Andy! There's a lot of talented modelers out there. I'd love to see you tackle an airplane build someday even though you're not an "airplane guy." I used to think that about armor, I was always an airplane guy but now I build both armor and airplanes. I love the change of pace it provides.

The carrier cross section was cool! The villages were very interesting as always. It's hard to imagine that thirty years after they ruled the sky, the sky would be filled with planes made of metal instead of those made of wood and wire.

The models which you have shown, have been to a high standard. But some of bases have been very small, to the size of model which they have displayed at the show.

Awesome! Thanks for taking us along with you! Quick question, is there an ETA on the RFM T-80UKs?

Maybe it's time for Andys HHQ to venture into the world of airplanes. There's a huge hole in the market for a 1/32 F-22 Raptor...just sayin'.

No elevated category this year? Just acres of parked aircraft like cars....which look great but I prefer the wheels up variety. Thanks for sharing anyway...

Anybody know what the aircraft at 2:31 that Andy zooms in on would be?
@Mishn04 ай бұрын
The one in the foreground is a Brewster Buffalo F2A in Marine Corps markings, probably from Wake Island. Is that the one you mean? The other two are a Hawker Typhoon and a Chance-Vought Corsair.

I love modelling and have some displayed in quite populair books and magazines. But I would never display my models at any show.

And why is that, if you don't mind me asking? I have never done neither, so I'm just curious 🙂

@@MikeUSA67 I'm much too introverted and I just don't like shows tbh. Way too much focus on warbirds and most models look exactly the same.

Had 3 either stolen or switched in the past. If they had asked I probably would have let them have it.
