Maximum demat holders are students and they consider it as a monthly income source instead of investment. IPO parne pani dherai students lai nai ho because students le skip gardainan IPO varna. Ani market ma trade hune bittikai 2 din mai purchase price ma aai pugxa because students sell ipo as soon as possible. So it's just waste of money.

Natra Nepal Republic Media Limited (NRM) is a good example whose ipo would not have been subscribed , this company will soon be bankrupt .. Many hydros also on the pipe of getting bankrupt ..
