Please, start a consumer complaint no., Emailing about complex issues and getting a reply after day and then again sending a email in reply is a very slow and tedious process of consumer complaint redressal. Problems that can be resolved on a 5 to 10 min call take 2 to 3 days because your email reply times are slow.

Hello, it may or may not be. In the past, there have been many IPOs which got oversubscribed, yet they listed at a discount. Hence, it's advisable to see a high subscription ratio in conjunction with other tools.

I don't think its correct to add the new shares to the denominator when calculating EPS and other ratios coz the earnings or the benefits of the IPO proceeds are yet to accrue to the company. Hence EPS should continue to be either pre-money or a projected earnings figure should be used if you want to use the new shares too.
