Bhai pure year ki details nhi de rahe kyuki company ka audit nhi hua hoga IPO ki date tak... Lawfully ipo open hone se pehle jo last financial data dena hota hai wo max 6 months purana ho sakta hai, isiliye unhone December tak ka data diya, warna wo bhi nhi dete

Maine aapke kaafi videos dekhe h IPO pr , aap sab batate ho co. K baare me magar aap kabhi bhi PE ratio pr nahi bolte , uska kya reason hai

Bcz pe ratio is calculated from eps and eps is calculated from no of shares. So when a Co is coming for IPO as in issuing more shares so definitely eps will be less which means high pe ratio Thsts why I don't focus on pe ratio for IPO

Yaane IPO aane se pehle agar 100 share h aur saare promoter k paas h to jab ipo aayega aur vo. 20% hissedari bechegi to promoter apna 100 me se 20 share dega ?? Ya phir naye 25 share issue krke total share 125 krke usme se 25 dega aur apne 100 apne paas hi rakhega Kyunki agar naya krega tab to EPS dilute hoga aur PE automatic badd jayega Aur agar apne 100 me se hi 20 dega aur baaki ka 80 apne paas rakhega tab to PE utna hi rahega
