Both their PAT margins and Dividend payout have been on a declining trend . The latter of which has no commitment target to future shareholders. The key watch out point is the decline in QSR sales with the ongoing boycott of major brands - McD and KFC with respective decline in capital investments.

@@Tony-hx7bm Interesting observation. You are right that they are on a decline at the moment and the key risk is there's no recurring income for their business. Thanks for the input.

Ongoing boycott may impact the big fast food company, but perhaps give rise to more local SMEs to enter the fast food production industry 🤔 Anyway, EPB revenue for this year doesnt look promising. May not justify its IPO price 😅 I wonder why their IPO application timeframe is longer compare to other? And they release their QR result early too 😅
