I do not see a lot of foreigners in the places you visits. It shows the uniqueness of the locations you go. Keep up the good work!😊

I try to research these places and ask locals where to go. I prefer not to go to those places which are too famous. :)

Didn't know Bercham so happening. Have always focused around Ipoh city center only. Will try Bercham next time

My friend brought me... we had an airbnb stay nearby, took the whole house. A lot of makan there.

@@pishedbloke Yeah could see the vast veriety of noodles your group ordered :-). The roast duck place also looks good. A nice change instead of the usual crowded taugeh chicken in town. Noting down all these places for my next trip .... thanks Bro. Love your channel!

Thank you! I grew up speaking Hokkien in Penang and Kedah, although my wife and I speak Hokkien at home, unfortunately our kids prefer speaking English, and in school, they are forced to use Mandarin instead of dialects. I think we made a bad step in the late 80's and 90's to encourage use of Mandarin by abolishing dialects, both in Malaysia and Singapore. Today it is a dying language, I still encourage my kids to speak it but it is difficult.
