Even a non religious person will not accept it. A temple, church, mosque, gurudwara, etc., are places of worship & meditation. It's where one communicate with creator. Should it be disregarded? The norms of religious places are tobe followed & respected. At churches the volunteers keep an eye for anyone using phones. It's a common addiction of youths of today. Your comment surprises me.
