It's a very wonderful session, Sir. I am proud of both yourselves, Sir. I served under Mr.Vijay Kumar Sir in Chennai City Police and Mr.Sylendra Babu Sir was ASP/Training in Madurai, where I was probationary Sub-Inspector. Comparatively those days are different in many aspects. Nowadays, the quality of leadership and professionalism is very much lacking in the Police Department. The main reason is mostly , there is no dedicated involvement of Officers and the Personnel in their duties. And also there is no proper and sufficient training among them. I wish the Police Department to come up in such a manner to serve the public to the best of all levels.
