A simply question to Thiyagarajan. If Perarivaalan would have been his son if another irresponsible IPS officer made a wrong statement like what Thiyagarajan done will he accept and take it easy? The same question to all fathers and mothers if the similar discrepancy happens what will be your mind set and anguishes? The government should take thiyagarajan statement and should release Perrarivaalan immediately and Indian government should pay a huge compensation. It is biggest a shame to have such irresponsible and unfit officers in India. Its a lesson learned for the current working administrative officers should learn from Thiyagarajan statement that how not to be irresponsible on given job. It gives such a pain to know Perrarivaalan fate. I am Ragavan Muthusamy. A student of Krishnagiri Government polytechnic (1987 to 1990) batch on Mechanical Egnineering. Mr. Perraivaalan is also from the same Institute 1986 to 1999 batch. Electrical amd Electronics Engineering. Perraivaalan was very brilliant, very silent and soft spoken student used to come in bus as day scholar frim his home and my friend also used to come in the same bus. Since we are different department and i being one year junior we used to see during break time in the canteen and just a hai hello along with my friend. In those days getting a job was so tough. Everyone used to run chennai and bemgaluru to find a job when the course was completed. A 19 year old boy from a very middle class family can't sit at home isn't? So he went to Chennai to get a job and stayed there, somehow he might have had a contacts with those group who wanted make a crime (those days almost in every place those people were easily staying in TN) Therefore, logically how can we believe a 19 years old boy would have helped and was one among a master mind in killing a PM. What's the enmity between this boy and Rajivi Ghandhi? He might have been asked to buy batteries without informing the purpose isn't? At that age and in those period how Perrarivaalan would have imagined that those batteries will used and what purposes isn't? He night have used as a post man to buy batteries as because he is a native boy who wouldn't have an issue of speaking in local slang ( Srilankan Tamil slang is very different isn't) It is purely an inability of our police and CBI who failed on finding the correct culprit. PM was killed its fact, but who was the mastermind? This 19 years old innocent boy? In day to day life we are supporting each other even for unknown persons. Like that if he had helped in buying batteries he would have not aware the purpose for that. This is where the intellectuals could have used a logical thinking. Killing a PM was not a joke and surely not buy this innocent boy. All the evidences were fabricated one by police which was later agreed. In fact those fabricated should be punished for the crime what they made. It was a total failure of identifying the real real criminals. This is the Indian mentality to put blame on others and escape from the crime done. It is the biggest a shame for the police and CBI who later agreed that they didn't made a proper statement and done a fake statement by their own. The authorities should think as a parent of a child, when their child want a job and when they send out if any such things happens will they treat like this? Law is written in a book correctly but its been studied and implemented wrongly. At least now the authorities should consider his jail term spent and the truths what was agreed by those police made mistake during the enquiry amd should release him.
