Me imagino que los entrenamientos son muy duros pero muy productivos si los aprendes correctamente, oye una pregunta los seminarios los imparte el instructor solo en España?? O donde tomaste el seminario, la verdad ví sus videos y me interesó mucho poder estar en uno de sus seminarios... Saludos y de antemano gracias por tu atención.

Zdravím jmenuji se Josef. Přesně takto má vypadat trénink. Instruktor vede své žáky během výcviku boje. Nejlépe se naučíme pokud naslouchá žák pozorně, následně předvede technický svik. Sám na sobě vyzkouší teorii a praksy. Po tréninku bysme měli hovořit a podrobnĕ rozebrat detailní co jsme se naučili. Je též dúležitá psychologie a taktika boje. Boj bezezbranĕ má jinou strukturu myšlenkám nežli boj se zbraní v ruce. Psychologického důvodu je naprosto odlišné. Mějte na paměť že se naučíme proto abychom ubližovaly jinému. Je to zábava,sport,koníček. S pozdravem. Josef
