I think the only canon seasons are season 1 the first 12 episodes season 2 I don’t think is canon at all and season 3 and 4 I think are canon (This isn’t hate btw 😭)

Thats actually a fact if you read the manga the whole arc with Alois Trancy didn't happend and Yana Toboso actually confirmed that she only made season 2 because she got pressured into doing it The 'real' seasons are season one, book of circus, book of murderer, book of atlantic and then season 4 the public school arc
