I think one more usecase can be to find user's relatives and build family trees as a feature for engagement.

The answer about getting the 0s datapoints seems a bit wrong. Why would you want to purposely give bad suggestions to the users? That will drop their confidence for future suggestions (even for different use cases in the same product), don't you think? I would do this labelling out of the platform, maybe in crowdsourcing tools? Or paid labellers?
