An awsome event despite the rain everyone soldiered on and once the sun went down the real magic started, it was sick to see almost the whole place up on their feet dancing.It still gives me goosebumps remembering the moment during Zatoxs set when all the lightsabres litt up the arena as far as the eye could see and then the moment off throwing em up in the air as the Bass droped and kicked in....priceless!!

I don't understand why there aren't more views!! i liked the small details like the merch tents and alcohol tents had blue lights also fitted with the theme perfectly!! :) all in all cant wait for my second one!! and DEFQON.1 AUSTRALIA again this year!! WOOT

A country does not 'own' in any sense of the word a genre of music. I for one love this music and the culture and wish it would be bigger with people here in America. Unfortunately in order to experience any big Q-dance events we have to travel a great distance. Respect for great music.

Music will evolve with or without you or the americans. It's an unstoppable force. Nothing will ever remain the same for long. And it'd be pretty fucking boring if it did. Loads of good stuff came out of dubstep booming in the states, I myself found out that electro house was something I enjoy and it got a nice boost from dubstep's subgenres hitting it big. Just don't listen to producers who "sell out" in your opinion. Listen to what you enjoy.
