The camera is not that big of a deal for someone like me who prioritize performance. If the phone's chipset is slow then it will crawl after few years. The bypass charging is also really nice to have to preserve the battery health if you're a gamer.

I dislike wireless charging. The only place to comfortably put my phone in my car console- has wireless charging, and then it overheats my phone. I don't want to unnecessarily shorten my battery life with heat damage. But I can't turn wireless charging off in my car setting and I can't turn it off in my current phone setting. It's all hardwired in. So this phone having not having it is actually a plus for me. That said, I am a little obsessive compulsive when it comes to electronics and batteries. I never leave anything charging overnight, and only charge between 20-80%. That said my 2017 Galaxy Note 9 is still going strong.

Almost perfect phone but the camera let me down. I will wait for iqoo 12 to reduce the price. It can be still use till 2027. It just received the 1st os upgrade in iqoo 12. Still 2 more os update android 16 and 17. Android 16 by end of the 2025 and 17 by the end of 2026. So, IQOO 12 can still be use till 2027. I was actually impressed by the camera quality of IQOO 12(friend).
