Thank you 👍🙂. Solution is to be prepared for the reduction of the take home salary and plan the expenses around it. Or start a business instead of working if there is a business idea to keep the money flow similar to the limited company. But that's risky as well :)

If a person starts his/her own Ltd company where they're a director and pays a yearly salary deducting PAYE and NI are they inside or outside of IR35. What would be the impact please. They will still receive dividend at the end of the financial year of the company makes a profit isn't it? Thank you
