Reminds me of one race at Spa in the Proto-GT series, one guy was telling everyone that didn't put a qualy lap in to disconnect because we'd cause crashes (I dipped wheels twice, so deleted laps), just after Stavelot on the first lap he wrecks 3 other cars...

I’d delete your comment. Naming and shaming goes against the Sporting Code, and if someone reports you for it you’ll receive your very own ban. Make sure to submit protests whenever these kinds of things happen and the people will indeed be banned. And for people that don’t smarten up after temporary bans they do get perma-banned.

iRacing is very good about banning people for breaking the rules in the Sporting Code. I’ve been there since 2009, and most people behave, because we have to if we want to stay.

It is against the Sporting Code to name and shame drivers. Just submit a protest anytime you see bad behaviour and they’ll smarten up or be shown the door.
