I usually do each hotdog on the plate differently. One plain. One with ketchup on top. ("My dad says the only people who put ketchup on hotdogs are mental patients.... and Texans.") One with relish in bun, chili on top. One with mayo in the bun, ketchup and mustard on top. Sometimes it depends on the quality of the bun.
