I mean, Dickhert (lmfaoo) was 79 laps down. If he had fresher tires hell just let him go. Avoid racing a guy that isn't even in contention for gaining positions anymore, it'll only slow you down. Let him pass and move on with the rest of the race to avoid confrontations like this. I don't have Iracing but apparently this Dickhert guy has a bad rep but I gotta say I agree with his side of the argument.

Doesn't matter, a lapped car, especially one down that far should NEVER be racing like he's on the lead lap in the lead pack. Because the matter of the fact is, he's never gonna be on the lead lap again, he has no reason to race gard, no positions to gain outside of cars ahead of him that are off the track. A lead lap car letting a lapped car could mean losing a position or 2, and that shouldn't be happening. Lapped cars adjust for the lead pace, not the other way around. The Dick should have stopped trying to race in the lead pack and fell back. Absolutely no reason for him to possibly hold up /any/ leaders like that.

the #16 is expecting Jose to lift for him who is 79 laps down? This is the problem with the iracing community. Most are too dumb know they're wrong, they barely know any of the etiquette or rules of racing. Jose is racing for the top 5 where all seconds matter. If you're 79 laps down you're not racing anyone for position so it doesn't matter how fast your laps are anymore

This is why I don't do IRACING. Yes, it is a great sim. But I don't need the arguing/ conflict/ etc. I would play the game again if it had a straight up sim mode, particularly if you could race eras like the 60s or 70s or 80s, etc.

I play project cars 1-2 way more than I play iRacing. It's the closest you can get to iRacing, with amazing graphics (keep in mind it's more about classes like LMP or Formula but they do have a "Nascar" series with a couple ovals)
