But now he won't put the money into getting a gaming rig/vr/pedals/wheel/etc. because he thinks he's too old for it (ie, too slow of reflexes, focus etc.) I hope this video will make him come to his senses! Spotter: "We're up all night prepping this f**king car and this is the best you can do, we're not pissing our weekends away to watch you f**k it all up, get your head out of your ass man." I don't want to be on the receiving end of this. This means that what you did during the race is not making anyone in your team or indeed the paddock wanting you do do it again in another race. So, when you hear this, just drive more safely until you think you can be a little bit more aggressive. I like the reaction by Tommy44Vercetti. That is a great reaction because you are angry too.

That's CrewChief, a third party spotter, though I never got such a message using it lol This is actually the 2nd time Tommy gets a message like that, and not even the same sentence xd

Yep, second time. Funny thing is that, according to the CrewChief dev on the iRacing subreddit, I shouldn't get that message. What happens is that at the beginning of races, the automated voice would tell me that I have pole (when I would start anywhere but that), and then give me that message saying that I suck in the meanest way possible (I have rant mode enabled btw) because, according to the program, I lost too many spots when in reality, I would only lose two. He's looking into it, tho.
