To convert just double 120 then put decimal point to left once and double that and add it. So 120+120 =240, 12.0+12.0=24. 24+240=264

@@ZhelezniyDrovosek то что ты можешь увидеть на видео, это отработка взрывной силы, и стоит тебе встать за стол против Иракли, то скорее всего потом к врачу будешь ходить залечивать травмы. Это арм, тут связки, углы, взрывную силу и выносливость тренируют, а не тупо мышцы качают с правильной техникой лол

This is how you tear your tendons. Keep it real and controlled. Remember steroids make your muscles grow too fast, but do nothing to your ligaments and tendons. Strengthening them takes years, unlike a 3 month steroids cycle to put on 30 pounds of muscle.

any rep where you have to create kinetic energy or momentum with your shoulders and hips and core is a cheat rep. you arent allowing your muscles to balance then stretch and contract symmetrically and this eventually leads to back, hip, neck, knee issues.

@@yeshuacaceres9722 yeah but their results are bias for their dominant hand. its better to train to have equal strength in both hands. incongruence simply depicts incongruence in neural pathways between hemispheres eventually causing your eyes to be bias to be bias then your equilibrium follows and your fucked and develop a hunch back or scoliosis. but take that as a grain of sand cuz im not a doctor or scientist of any kind.
