The targets were not hit but some missiles hit the ground and some buildings. Remember their air defense is surely not 100% but it uses AI to calculate the impact. It intercepts effectively the missiles that are highly likely to cause a significant damage.

"target" not ground. Every missile whether shot or not eventually gets to the ground. The defense system is not made to intercept everything otherwise it becomes very expensive to run. Their system uses AI to predict a possible damage to determine whether to intercept or not. When they say we intercepted all, they do not mean everything was shot. They mean all that were straight on targets.
