@@AbaddonianG well, my country has always been on the wrong side of the fence. It is ultimately about weapons trade which nobody like us people have control over. I wish for peace between Armenia and the Turkic states. what's surprising is Iran has always protected Armenians as they were one cluster group of people before their respective religions flowed in from the Middle East, superceding even Azerbaijan. As for Israel, Christians here are close to 100 million of our population (including those who don't register their faith in census or those who are crypto-Christians), and it's a known fact that support for Israel is heavy in Christian zones. Infact, i have made multiple donations to various Israeli charities since the last year. I still wish for peace for Palestinians but only when Hezb+Hamas cease their nefarious activities.

This report is inaccurate and misleading. Israel's decapitation of the Hamas and Hezbollah leadership did not "strategically defang" the resistance as the scholar says. Israel's ground incursion into Lebanon only advanced a short distance before stiff Hezbollah resistance forced a halt. Moreover, Hezbollah missiles continue to pound Haifa, and even sites south of Haifa. Israel has failed to achieve any of its military objectives vis a vis both Hamas and Hezbollah. Given this reality, an attack on Iran appears unwise to say the least. Israel faces a strategic defeat if it goes forward with such an attack. Iran showed on October 1 it can hit any site inside Israel whenever it wants. Imagine a thousand missiles raining fire on Israel! Israel's air defenses are obsolete and hopelessly over-matched. There is no military solution to this conflict. The US must cease blocking the UN Security Council resolutions on Palestine! But for the US veto the UN would have imposed a peace settlement on the region long ago.
