Travelling to Iran since 2004, Vegetables are so fresh like ours but variety is less, Green chillies are not at all Hot like ours.Once in Imam Hossain Vegetable Market in Tehran I tasted 3/4 Raw Green Chilies to check how hot are these chillies but people arround me was shocked as these chillies were Kheili Tond (Too Hot) for them. I have been into soo many countries including Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, but the people of Iran are most friendly I found.
