Yes my friend anything faster than mach 5 is classified as hypersonic. This missile however unlike Kheibar (Khoramshahr 4) that has exoatmospheric guidance system, has fins and thus can be guided inside atmosphere. Regardless it is very fast in the first to mid stage as well and not just the warhead separation phaze. All of these are sure-strike missiles and area million times more valuable than nukes!

In strategic war, Fattah then Koramsahr 4 launched at first stage to attack air defence system, center commands and all air forces bases. the second stage use Kheibar Sekan, Qiyam, etc. Third stage with kamikaze drone.
