You mentioned 3-5 weeks to build anticipation before launch. Is 2 months too long? I wouldn’t want to wait too long resulting in an audience losing interest.

This is great info. Can i ask... how do we compete with already established businesses? I know some places my target audience shop but i also know they have multiple dept that specialize in areas i dont such as marketing. I know my competing store have a marketing dept so how would i compete in marketing when i dont specialize in it?? Or am i looking at it wrong?
