Just a couple of friendly suggestions to this business: The person making the eggs can work faster if he cracks a tray of eggs into a big bowl and scoop it with a ladle to pour into the pan. Every 2 eggs roughly makes one ladle anyway. Also, he can use a big ketchup bottle to squeeze the oil for ease/less mess instead of a spoon. With this method, he might even be able to work using 2 pans. Also, the people putting the bread & toppings together should use a scraper to clean the station regularly and maybe use plates with a wider rim so things don't fall out. Or maybe the first guy in line can put several soaked breads into a large bowl to tear into smaller pieces instead of the second guy trying to do that in their small serving bowls. That's a lot of ingredients being lost. Looks good, thank you for sharing :)

если вы там не живете и с малых лет не ели такую еду, это еда бедных еще со времен Великой Персий, если раньше не ели не кушайте. еда жирная, поэтому очень опасно для желудка. я лично кушал такое с малых лет очень сытная и очень своеобразная но со временем перестал!
