Very smart technique. I had to watch it a couple of times to figure out what he was doing. Always can learn something in rope access because there are so many smart minds

minute 3.00 till the end theres a double pulley on tension line that wasnt use. why casualty hang on carabiner on tension line ?

From what it looks like, they are using a lower/haul system between that tension line and the haul lines. It’s also mainly used to keep the casualty on the path you want him to go in a rescue. Not sure if I’m right, it’s just a guess from my experience
