I turned on maximum volume for 25 minutes straight :) That's really loud on a 59" Samsung plasma TV... She moved, got irritated, more irritated, finally very irritated and... I cannot believe it! She turned around and put the pillow over her head and fell asleep again even though I continued seagulls at max volume, at 2 O'clock in the afternoon I bought a Tenda AC18 router on AliExpress for USD85 and scheduled wifi to turn off at 10 PM every day. My 13 year old darling daughter didn't react much the first week but it has done a great job over time I must say. Much better than confrontation ever did. She only has mobile data between 10PM and 6AM and it has "naturally" nudged her toward a better sleeping pattern. I can recommend the Tenda AC18 too, good router for USD85 The tactical solution wins :)

Great black backed gulls are beautiful massive sleek birds but also top predators who can swallow rabbits whole, they don't mess around at feeding time and corvids and other seagulls rarely challenge them for good reason, they are beach raptors .

The toasted marshmallow looking Gulls are cute. Why do we never see them on TV? Just the lame black and white ones.
@normalcat15254 жыл бұрын
Do you mean the smaller ones that are speckled grey? Those are juveniles, they eventually loose the grey coloration and gain the same feathering as their parents once fully grown. Certain adult gulls do get similar looking coats in winter though, worth looking up if it's something your interested in.
