Hi before selecting a privit nursing home ask the working atmosphere here especially wexford. These chaing nursing home harassing the nurses.... From there senior staffs.. Form other state.. All Seniors protect their duties and pulling juniors in to the problematic cases.... Better take INMO trade union registration to protect atleast your job security during first 2 years.... From stam 1 to satmp 4..really it is a strugging peroid....for junior staffs... Not discouraging.... If possible try to UK or HSC... Maximum don't try to go chain nursing home......
