Another Top Irelia Player here, Yasuo windwall can stop Irelia E, but you can cast it behind the windwall to get the stun

Irelia mono here (Top, Mid, Jungle). There's a trick for Yasuo windwall: if u cast 1st E> Q> get behind him with Q > 2nd E, u actually stun him. I don't know how it works, but it works, the E pass thru his windwall. It's a E Q E combo (looks like E E Q combo If done properly). But u MUST HIT YASUO. If u cast E, hit a minion behind his windwall and then 2nd E, it's not sure that E'll pass thru windwall

Just play it... A loooot. Try practice against Irelia's counters. I don't even know who they are anymore (only Urgot, that son of a...). The click cames to my mind when I saw all hers abilities as a directional move pad... Practice moving her only with Q in the lane. I played like 1100 games with her and only now I'm feeling confident enough to tower diving every time I got a chance. Nothing is better than a triple kill inside enemy's tower... If u tower diving into Nexus... Bro, emotional damage delivered

Also, try this build: BOTRK > ImmorShield > Trinity > R's Omen > BloodT or Solari. For runes: Lethal T > Brutal+ Coup Grace + Blood/Alacraty + Overgrownth (for the lack of defense). Boots opitional (plated or mercury). Let me know what u think bout it. I'm just having a lot of fun with. Ends up as a crit+life steal+tank build. At least 1x3 mid game to kill me... Late game 1x5 - well, actually sometimes i get a solo pentakill if enemy team doesn't have crowd control. It's a build based on some of your videos

Landing E stun is one thing but aiming at the right target with Q is a whole nother story. I'm not completely sure how target locking on the Q works. I've had fights (and seen it in your gameplays too btw) where you are clearly aiming in the direction of the desired target but it locks onto a different target. Or another example: trying to Q to minions to heal during a fight. If an enemy champ is close by, the auto-aim will always lock onto the enemy instead. Somehow the chinese players don't have this problem when I watch their gameplays.

Yes that's right there are many problems with the Q but to avoid that you have to use it manually than just casting it, it won't fail if used manually like swiping your finger to the desired target!

U can > 1st E > Q > 2nd E before hit the target with Q. You will always hit your target. I tried some configs for the auto-aim Q but didn't get any good results

Don't know if it helps but try to see hers abilities as the directional pad, the aim-assist will lock into the next low life target. Easily tower diving with this
