Lethal tempo is good against Squishies and for early Aggression If you want a stronger early game with faster attack speed to dominate the lane. Conqueror choose this for longer fights where the healing and extra damage over time are more beneficial, Good for Tough Matchups against tankier opponents or matchups where you need more survivability.
