NICE CREAM 4 WAYS | healthy banana ice cream

These are yummy! :) I also just wanna share a few tips: Add the juice from half a (small) lemon, and combine various flavours :) My breakfast always consists of 2 bananas (not frozen), 100 g of frozen strawberries, 100 g of frozen mango and the juice from half a (small) lemon. This combination is divine :) And since the bananas aren't frozen, it's much quicker to blend it. Although this will depend on the machine. The consistency isn't as firm either, more like a soft serve. But I just wanted to give my little tips, also, pour some cocoa nibs on top! :) It's also really good to add some cashew nuts towards the end of the blending. Another tip, is adding what I call "cookie dough". You blend 16 dates without their pit (not medjool but the smaller ones), with 3-4 tablespoons of water, 1 dl of oat flour (not sure how much that is in cup), and a pinch of cocoa powder. After blending it into a dough, you place some plastic on a countertop and divide the dough into 6-8 little splats. Then take another plastic sheet and put over it, press down, so all the little splats become flat. Then you can fold it and put it into the freezer. I take one "splat" out every morning and let it defrost a bit while I make the nice cream. Then I take a knife and simply cut it into little pieces and spread over the nice cream with some cocoa nibs (roughly 2-3 tablespoons). It's super delicious. You wouldn't think it's that good when you taste the dough, but when combining everything, it's awesome :) So I highly recommend it!

@@skinthusiastic the Title is the same thing as ice cream it just a different term you need to read it and see the meaning, also there is no cream, so is confirmed that is not ice cream . This recipe is fruit smoothly , is sold in stores as that .
