You didn't mention if your child is also studying Finnish. It is relevant, since education using Finnish official languages is without tuition fees. The availability of education using foreign languages, mostly English, depends on where you live in Finland. Municipalities try to arrange support for foreign language students, but what exactly is available varies from place to place. Private schools are a possibility. But those don't exist everywhere and tuition fees can be significant. There are challenges to a young person's development and integration to the society in both situations: - Studying using a foreign language in Finland will make integration delayed or more difficult. - School performance of the children can be less, using new language for the child as the language of tuition. At least initially this can happen.

Hi Irene, my spouse and I are applying for Finland RP, me for work while my spouse on family ties Does my spouse need proof of funds and if yes does the money have to be in the account for six months. Spouse has six months bank statements but the money need for POF is only showing on the week he is going for biometric.thanks

I assume you're asking about the Silk Road Workforce Management Ltd. It is a Finnish company, which has the Finnish name Silkkitie Oy. Nowadays it's a subsidiary of Attendo. Attendo is originally from Sweden. They have bought some health care companies in Finland and Scandinavian countries. In Finland they have about 16000 employees. Their main business nowadays seems to be providing services to the Finnish Wellbeing Services counties, which are responsible for public health care and social services in Finland. With those names you can find more about the companies and their history.

There are plenty of companies and other types of organizations looking for people for training programs and hiring.
