ik this is kind of an old video but i’m wondering how hard it was to get accepted for the Summer@brown program and what course did you do? I’m thinking of doing it this summer.

Hi- I just got accepted last week so I think I might be able to help a bit. Do ignore this if you find it a nuisance though I understand. It is not at all difficult to get accepted into brown’s precollege program- as long as you follow the instructions and apply relatively early nothing should go wrong. I applied for the program during mid-March and still got in! A lot of universities make money this way so they would want to accept as many student as possible! They also said that your grades should not be Cs or lower and that you should be between 14-18 years old but it also depends on what course you are doing as they have a lot. In short, as long as you have the money to go there and your grades are average or above- it should be fine 👍

hello there! I just got my Brown Acceptance Letter, but I am misunderstanding about the course length and date as I want to choose 3 weeks course but when I go to the catalog, the date and length is really mixed up. If possible, can you explain to me and share your last year choice? thank you

Hey there! I also got my acceptance letter recently and I agree that the website is quite difficult to navigate. In the course catalog, I believe there is a filter for both starting date and length where you can select three weeks and your preferred date to start. I also realized that by three weeks they mean almost three weeks but that’s okay if that’s what you’re looking for. Sorry for this vague response But I’m just as inexperienced as you are 🤣

I’m literally flying to the US tomorrow- and there’s no saying whether you already completed your course or not but- I’m doing something called human development from infancy to adulthood? Idk why but it sounds cool to me and I want to do social science and or just arts and sciences- basically cross discipline courses in the future lol
