no one can eat all the grain in a month . it just means people will be able to buy grains for cheaper prices for themselves for the whole year. storing food to eat it later in the year is permissible but storing food to sell later on for higher prices is not permissible. hazard yousaf (pbuh) stored grains for 7 years that he could distribute it later on in the time of famine for free.
