Great story, and I am happy to see you are satisfied. Being a KZbinr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame- ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

I just uploaded my longest video, which is about an hr long and it doubled my subs and watch time hours and most of all, I've been impacting more lives positively and this is the best part of it all. I created is to share my opinion about these main things that truly impacted the way I live and how I became a minimalist. It's the one most vulnerable videos that I had been hesitant to post for many months because of the fear of being misunderstood but I finally decided to overcome that fear so others can learn from my experience so we can all grow together. The best advice I can give you is to focus more on providing as much value as you can as a creator while trying your best to enjoy the process of creation. Strategize based on your experience and adapt as needed. Everything else will fall into place

Awesome video. I am small KZbinr, and I think that for small channels the most important thing is to get good presence from the beginning. If you are not popular, people won't care even if you have the best videos and the best content on platform. I am not beginner anymore, but I know how hard it can be (and honestly if I didn't use a lot of Fame- ster, I would have quit a long time ago. It made everything much easier for me, especially getting to 1000 subs and view hours).

I would love to hear how things are going for you now! Thank you for providing us with transparency with some metrics of what we might expect. Today I was feeling a bit low about my content. Even though I know consistency is what will bring your channel to where you want it to be, and that we shouldn't pay too much attention to the analytics, it can definitely be a downer when you put so much time and effort into your videos only to sometimes get less than 100 views. I really appreciate that you showed the backend of KZbin. I think this is what scares me second next to putting my face and voice on screen. It definitely makes me feel vulnerable to predators and weirdos. I feel your pain. I started my channel last Jan and in late March had a video go...semi viral...and then it died. I've been struggling to get the same viral reaction on any other video so I feel like I got lucky one time, like on a slot machine and that leaves you with false hope. For a year it felt like miles away but one day after the next a few more came in and 16 months to the day of my first video number 1000 came in.
