Hello! My name is Megan! I was SO encouraged by listening to Duncan and Kate share their story last night, so thank you, all involved!! My husband and I have always wanted to go into full time ministry, have dreamed of it, felt the burning and desire but have felt the same way as Duncan and Kate, like HOW is that EVER going to happen!! I have been doing the "Mom thing" with our two littles for 2.5 years now and with financial "opportunities" I'm going to call them, because it has been an opportunity to become more responsible and better stewards that God might entrust us with more...along with marital "opportunities" to die to the flesh and bear fruit and build character and become more like Christ, it has felt all consuming...kind of like the cares of this world, the responsibilities and the everyday focus of raising and training our children and building my home, have I think killed or at least suppressed many God dreams (to my own fault). So to hear you say how you (eventually) had the faith for those plane tickets to get to that conference and how God had already spoken to another man to bring you on and there you went! There was your start into full time ministry!! I'm like "Oh, shame on me Lord for limiting your capabilities!!" But I'm oh so immensely encouraged and my faith is so built up!! I was reminded how one of the ways we overcome is by our testimony, so thank you for ALL you shared!! Lately things have been changing here for us in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Lately my husband has been seeking God like he was when I first met him, meeting to pray and praise and awaken the dawn every morning with a couple men from church and my hunger and appetite for only God has been growing and growing. It's been so long since I've got excited thinking about the things of God. I admit at first when you started talking about the manifestations, surfing and that pregnant woman coming of the ground, I was cautioned. But God is SO evident in you, I'm so glad for your outspokenness about those things because it's like I caught Him through you...like your name "Catch the Fire," you make him contagious! My husband and I have both individually experienced just a taste of the manifestations, the baptism of love and of fire, the signs, miracles and wonders which you speak of, but it has been sooo long....our faith has become dry. So many people caution US about ministering and evangelising on the streets since we have a young family, though it is so our heart. "Just focus on your family and making things strong in your home" they say, which I understand. But maybe that's been a cause of our discontent and strife...that we haven't been doing what we desire and are called to do, living beyond just our little family and four walls... But I WANT that again, I am now hungry for that...BADLY! I want my husband to experience Him like never before, my children!!!! More!! More than ever before!!! ....as I was worshipping God this morning I felt Holy Spirit lead me to awaken old dreams in my husband that he may have deemed "impossible," POSSIBLE and even birth new ones, and then I realized all the God dreams in me that I have allowed to fizzle away.....this expectation and excitement and hope is rising up in me as I worship and from all the testimonies that you shared, for all that is yet to come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know for me, I don't even know where I took on this mindset to be honest, but when you start talking about pulling down million dollar cheques and stuff, there's this caution like, we're suppose to give it all, we're "suppose" to be poor...Lord have mercy on me for my unbelief in what You, the All Sufficient, All powerful God can do! As I was praying, I felt this leading like, to get my family to one of these conferences, like you had talked about Benny and the other man chasing revival, and yourselves, and Krysta Lynn, your Mom & Dad getting to Toronto and the radical, life changing encounter they had there. But I don't know where to start, I don't now where to go, I admit my ignorance in all the God is doing on the earth right now. But I want IN on the bigger picture and I want my family and I to be a part of it...SO...my question to you IS, if we were to have faith to get to one conference, ANY conference, which one would it be?!?!?!?!?!?! P.S. Kate, I just wanted to say I noticed your respect for your husband, and I admire it so much, that being something I have struggled with, so thank you for your example. I noticed how "one" you two are, they way you shared the speaking, Kate you were just so honoring, and I loved when you would add, you are such a compliment and crown to your husband :) Thank you again, Megan Cleminson

Thank you for addressing why some people don't receive manifestations while others do. I have wondered this all my life. One time I was visiting a church and they did an alter call for prayer. Everyone was slain in the spirit except me. I used to attend a church that was in revival, but when the senior pastor died of cancer, the revival stopped. A lot of my friends manifested every service, but have since fallen away from the Lord. It was heart breaking, but even though I have gone through some super tough times, I have recently gone through a personal revival, and I can tell that God is literally changing me from the inside, even though I don't have any outward manifistations.

I love these podcasts (personal fav is listening to Rolland Baker. Such an amazing man to listen to!). Does anyone know the book Duncan recommended about forgiveness? I caught the other one about the father's embrace but didn't catch the forgiveness book, just keep finding one written by a Buddhist on Amazon! Cheers
