I had the great chance to see Iris not only once, but TWICE in Petaluma, California at the Mystic Theater...afterwards, as MOST of the audience had left, she came done into the audience and talked with me and signed the CD's that I bought...she is so real and humble...love the way she dresses...right off the rack and her "orthopedic" shoes are a hoot...IRIS, I love you...

Thank you for posting this most beautiful song that I've ever heard. I sent it to my son with the suggestion he listen to the words carefully and take it to heart. He said he didn't quite understand. How can I ever listen to another song again? Someone once told me a story of a friend of his who had gone to Australia and there somewhere in the outback had found a place of ultimate beauty. In fact a place that was so perfect that he just couldn't bear it, so he took his own life right there in that place. Listening to Iris sing this song, gives me an idea of what he must have felt.
