Unisa always gives you time to upload the recordings....and I think you can always upload recordings afterwards

Hey, do we still have to scan and submit the completed answers on myunisa as normal? Do we have to type the answers on Iris? If we are writing an open book test are we allowed to look into the books as iris tracks eye movement?

Hii In most of the cases ..modules that do open book don't use iris, because it seems pointless, iris restrict you from looking for answer anyhow so open book, they might not require the use of iris .....I hope this answer your questions

Yes iris is automated to send the recordings after the given time has elapsed ..you have to send recordings and wait for iris to end its self

Does Iris record if you open another internet engine? That Iris is not installed on?

Yes Iris record your whole screen so, if you open another browser..it will be recorded on the iris recording

When it written thatbyou submitted maybe 20 minutes later, does it means that your paper will not be accepted!/marked??

It should send you a submission massage on mylife email immediately and the recordings from iris if they say submitted later on it might be internet speed slowing it down but as long as it says submitted....you are on a safe side

Hii ...have you downloaded the extension of iris to your computer..if not you have to do that first then it will automatically be added to your browser

Yes you can use a PC with a latest windows and a web cam ..it's just that it's a little bit risky to use a PC because IRIS has to record the screen so am not sure if PC can record the screen because u also need a mic

You have to wait for iris plug in to put password for you ...and ot will do that only if it's functioning properly and if it's giving errors you have to clear catche.....you can find step on how to clear catche on Google

@naidoomishola3883 iris records your screen and your movements...which means the camera is always taking a video so anything suspicious will send a notification to lectures and they review the recoding if there was anything going on and they decide what to do with you afterwards

Hii Did it specified as to which requirements? You don't meet......you should try updating your chrome to the latest version and try to download and install and allow the plug in to have access to your computer
