Iris Kyle I just learned yesterday about the news with you and the promoters of The Rising Phoenix. My heart goes out to you. It seems that Women's Bodybuilding can't escape the politics of gender policing and misogyny. People won't allow it to be a sport. You are one of the greatest, I dare say the greatest, athletes to ever pose on stage. No woman -- let alone a man -- has ever stepped on stage before with your level of development, size and conditioning. Some might have played the "people pleaser" game with promoters and judges, but you remained true to your convictions. Never compromising your goals for anyone else's. This is why the powers that be fear you. Why your fellow competitors envy you. You challenge their complacency and power with each showing of your unparalleled physique at the dais. Nothing compares to you. I am thankful that you have brought your vision of health and strength to the world. And I pray that one day you will be able to showcase your talents again onstage and "smash" the competition, as you say. God Bless you.
