This will be a baby blanket gift for my boss and I think this will be my go-to baby blanket pattern, because it’s super simple! Oh and I love my new way of stacking the singles, instead of chaining, wayyyyy more sturdy and neater than chaining, so I took that trick and ran! Been a subscriber for a couple of years, You rock! 💞🤜🤛🦾🤩🤩🤓🙏🙏

Thanks for your very informative videos. Can you please let me know why my chain row seems to curl although I am not pulling the yarn too tightly as far as I am aware. Xx
@ClaireNicole334 жыл бұрын
Incase no one answers, I can try to help you🙂 I like to use a slightly bigger hook for my chain row and I don't have that curling problem. For this pattern I believe she said she's using a size 5 hook. I'd use a 5.5 for the chain row then go back to a 5 for the rest. And be sure to keep your tension kinda loose. Hope this helps❤

Hi Siobhan's how are you? First I want to say that I absolutely love your videos and all the beautiful patterns you share with us. I have a question.. after you turn your work,do you do a (US terms) SC and then a (DC in US terms)? It looks like the first one you did was a SC and then a dc. I hope I explained it properly 🤦. It's what we do instead of chaining and then turning to start a new row. TYSM ♥️♥️

Great tutorial! When I first saw it, I knew I had to make it! Even though I have 3 UFO (Un-finished Objects!). Got on-line - yes, that beautiful yarn was out of stock. Entered my e-mail and ordered it as soon as I was told it was back in stock! Just arrived a couple of days ago! Can't wait. Would like to know how big was the baby blanket you made? I know you started with 92 chains + three. (I ordered 2 packages of 8 skeins - hoping that may be enough for an afghan. Hope to hear from you soon! Can't wait to get started on it. (Is 4 UFOs too many?)
