Why does the bus driver always yell things like, for example 11:17 he's yelling "JAAAA" out of nowhere

He's just built a little different, most of those are just random "hele, hyundai" (he loves hyundai very much) or that "jaaaa" which means he enjoyed the sound of high rpm xD
