Do you know if you can cut out the part of the buffer with the click ?

Yeah, so it’s not necessarily super precise, but when you use the lock button to lock the buffer, the zone knob scrubs the audio buffer. With that in mind you can basically use the zone knob and the drift knob together to grab pieces of the buffer that don’t include the click. However the Mojave has a little randomness in all of it, so if you wanted to be absolutely sure you don’t keep the click, I would use an external trigger so you don’t create a click at all when locking.
