@@isntimportant irish dancing is not tap because they come from different cultures, and also irish dance has “soft shoes” which are closer to ballet flats. To continue with your logic, jazz and ballet must be the exact same because then both have spins. Don’t assume they are the same because they sound similar.

@@isntimportantirish dancing is a whole lot harder and requires so much more than tap dancing. i don’t agree at all. it takes much more strength and even though you may think it looks the same, this is a great irish dancer and she spent years of dedication working hard to be good.
