Mostly good but a few things 1) Latke is eaten with Apple Sauce or Sour Cream, you at them plain 2) Kugel is a just a regular Jewish food, nothing with Hanukkah in particular. Also Kugel is not an egg noodle casserole, Kugel is a whole class of food, Lukshen or noodle is a variety of kugel but not the whole definition. And there are several types, there is large lukshen or small lukshen (size of the egg noodle). Then there is salt & pepper, savory, Sweet, or Yerushalmi (Caramel). There are so many varieties 3) Brisket is just general Jewish, nothing specific with Hanukkah 4) Sufganyiah (plural Sufganiot) are a Jewish type of deep fried doughnut but while Jelly is a popular filling, there is nothing specific about Jelly filling. In fact the oldest known reference of it refers to several filling varieties (back in the 5th century)

I'm really not sure if it's traditional or not for Jews, maybe it's more of a Polish or Americanized thing which makes it traditional for myself.. but I love Latkes/ potato pancakes with apples sauce, or sour cream. I usually switch back and forth while eating them that way because, I can't choose what I like best. I have eaten them plain and still enjoyed them, but I do prefer it with a sauce. Ketchup seems wrong to me personally, but it is a friend potato after all, and I'm sure there are people who enjoy it that way as well.
