Dark Souls III is a 2016 action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows. The third and final entry in the Dark Souls series, it is played in a third-person perspective, and players have access to various weapons, armour, magic, and consumables that they can use to fight their enemies. Storm Ruler was the supposed way. Or if you had done the Onion Knight Questline he would have shown up for the Yhorm fight. They are old friends. I'm seriously impressed. Later in the game when you get a certain key remember to free the woman from the cell by the Fire Witches. Also on the roof where you fought the wizard you can jump through a window on the other side and get to a cell. The Dancer fight is probably one of the best in the game. Took me so many tries.

I’ve never seen anyone defeat Yhorm without the Storm Ruler before, congratulations on that. :D (by the way, that weapon is originally from Demon's Souls) And yes, we would love to see a full playthrough of the Elden Ring DLC as well! 🥰

Fact about the teleport: The teleport to Emma and The Dancer happens after defeating both Aldrich and Yhorm. Whichever one you defeat last, the teleport occurs there. (No spoilers) Yhorm has a lot of additional story content, so I tend to leave Aldrich for last so that way I don’t get taken away from Yhorm’s boss room.

Dancer can actually be killed before even going to Undead Settlement since Basin of Vows drops from Emma regardless of how she dies. Particularly useful for Faith-based characters since the following area contains some of the more useful miracles.

Epic win against Yhorm! I really dislike that teleport after the fight, it ruins the well-earned victory celebration, plus it throws you right into another boss fight with no resources. (Emma teleported you to High Wall of Lothric, BTW.)

Nice one, Cam! You beat Yhorm without the Storm Ruler or Siegward. You are truly the giant slayer 😁. I assume you looked up how to get back to the Dancer boss by now. It's not hard to get there.

With cathedral of the deep, the boss is more of a ‘lore’ boss than a technical or showpiece boss. It’s the place where you are SUPPOSED to find Aldrich, but he went off to Anor Londo bc he decided to like, eat Gwyndolin, leaving only the corrupted Deacons in the cathedral. Hence why you also find so many deacons in Anor Londo. So while the Deacons aren’t a showstopper they’re fitting for the area and a logical part of the story. But I absolutely love cathedral of the deep for the design of the area, it’s brilliant. It is a shame that you kinda spoiled it for yourself by overthinking things and looking up the ‘hidden’ way up to the rafters and rosaria’s bedchamber, thereby doing yourself out of pretty major NPC encounters but hey, that’s how it goes. Idk but in the DS trilogy, I find the levels themselves much more enjoyable than most of the bosses with only a few real exceptions, basically all of which are in DS3.

Loved today's chapter! The way you finished Yhorm with that critical was epic. I didn't even know you can do that hahaha, but I loved that you kept trying to kill him normally without using the storm ruler. I did the same the first time and it really felt good. Just a tip for the next one: That place you ended fighting with the dancer is on the Vordt area where you picked up the small lothric banner, the one you used after killing Vordt to go to next area. Cheers!

Emma who dies right before the dancer boss fight is the old lady who gave you the banner near the beginning of the game. That boss fight is just up the road from Vordt of the Boreal Valley boss fight.

Honestly my favorite areas are all Irithyll and on. I feel like the game picks up a lot for me from then on. I like the dungeon a lot. I like that horror type vibe it has. Also, fun fact Yorshka’s voice is the same girl from Elden Ring, Melina. I make characters after Yorshka now

Another good episode, Cam. Don't worry about not finding your way through Irithyll dungeon, it is confusing the first couple times going through until you learn the layout. Stay awesome :)

I also missed the shortcut below the giant. It seemed like too far to fall. I ended up checking online to find it. A guidance stone would have told us we could survive it, I just know that I always forget they exist.

I'm part of the 0,00001% of the FS games players who play offline and don't read any spoil on their first run but I still remember I figured out directly that we had to use the Storm Ruler against Yohrm even without reading the description. Warrior instinct, I guess. Those who played Elden Ring first and fought Rykard might also get it at once.

Yaay your back!!, Wtf? U just beat yhorm with no storm caller, that's crazy. Also haha Eleonora in this game is an axe, and Loretta is a bone, that's cute. Go to vordt of the boreal valley bonfire, and go to the adjacent building, that's where u got teleported.

@1:40:13 They are actually already there, invisible and passive when you walk in. Attack the empty area in alcove when you first walk in and they are revealed.

I think the wardens in the prison area are some of the most annoying enemies across any of the Souls series. Haven't gotten to that part yet in your playthrough, but I can imagine your frustration dealing with them.

58:05 the smoke does not do anything, its just the animation which activates the lantern, if you look into the activated red lantern in their left hand, or right from your view, you will lose hp

7:44 if you want more of these you can either equip the covenant item and be online which will do pvp automatically if the conditions are met and someone needs help, you will get it as a reward when you kill the invader, or farm silver knights in anor londo for them, droprate is 1%. you need to offer 10 to yorshka for the first reward and 30 for the 2nd (this applies to all other covenants and covenant items as well). if you do the silver knight method farming 30 takes about 5 hours or so, good luck with that. (probably still faster than getting 30 by being a darkmoon blade, i would be surprised if people are even still playing, assuming the servers are still online in the first place and even when pvp was common, getting summoned as a darkmoon blade took forever, i think it was bugged or something) either way the reward items are exclusive and this is the only way to get them, if you wanna experience everything ds3 has to offer you have to do this. ofc no lets player ever does this, i did it to get the platinum however.

Wasn't that I guess... You have a lot of space for heavier armor, you can equip up to 70% before your roll changes, you see % at the top right when in the equipment menu...

In a selfish way, I almost wished you didn't kill Yhorm. You could have finished the best and most emotional quest line in the game. But this is a blind playthrough, and obviously some things will be missed unless you read a description of the mission at hand. Still, beating Yhorm without using the item in his room was amazing. And you aren't over level for the area. Your swords might be under level, though. You got a special key, so remember to go back to Irithyl Dungeon and open the locked doors. Looking forward to next episode.

Hello cambonano cant wait for you to play all gta games till gta 6 comes out! You should play gta vice city / gta san andreas / gta 4 and gta v to get the defentive Experience before gta 6 comes out. Also gta 4 has two dlc stories the ballad of gay tony and the lost and damned, those two dlcs intefere with each other and you will some some similar events but from different point of view, gotta check them out if you wanna pass time till gta 6 and you dont wanna start gta 5 immediatly
