I am not good with pronouncing some words, mostly when i am talking very fast,last night it was hard for me to say bibliography "😂 ...i am glad it did help ,

Can i ask about footnotes, should we use them when we are doing this type of assignment?

With my previous record when we do it we were asked to use footnote and biography at the end,so now i do believe you should include footnotes or ask your TA for a better clarification.

I believe they mean paraphrase Write that part in your own words and that part should remain original to the part you are copying from.

i hear you saying we should include the dates and judges ! is it necessary to write the name of the judge of each court for example the Witwatersrand judge to the last constitutional court who was MR JOHANN KRIEGLER cause I'm lost around that part of the summary .

You can as long you will be able to reference that point you wrote and make sure you dont add your legal views because you might move away from what is being written or said.

No you won'tt because you will be referencing through footnotes and biography.
