This video is to test how fast you can spam Sonic Wave with Vernan. The build has not been finalized yet, but I hope it helps you once you get the weapon. It seems 50% acd reduction is the way to go, but let me find out how to do that without affecting the damage too much.

Sonic set + Rune Knight Weapon +10 Penetration Pendant & Earrings I do only 80% def penetration.
